Description

  • 12 large dill pickles
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped chives, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pat dry the dill pickles with a paper towel.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each pickle.
  5. Wrap each cream cheese-covered pickle with a slice of bacon, ensuring it’s tightly wrapped.
  6. Place the bacon-wrapped pickles on a baking sheet, seam side down.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Allow the bacon-wrapped pickles to cool for a few minutes before serving.
