Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped chives, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pat dry the dill pickles with a paper towel.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each pickle.
- Wrap each cream cheese-covered pickle with a slice of bacon, ensuring it’s tightly wrapped.
- Place the bacon-wrapped pickles on a baking sheet, seam side down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
