    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    • 1/4 cup heavy cream

    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill.
  2. Melt white chocolate with heavy cream; let cool slightly.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and juice until smooth. Fold in melted chocolate and blueberries.
