Description

Oreo Donuts are a delightful treat combining the rich flavors of classic donuts with the iconic taste of Oreo cookies. These baked donuts are perfect for Oreo lovers, offering a unique twist on traditional donut recipes.

 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 9 Oreos, finely chopped
  • Additional Oreos for topping
  • White chocolate for glazing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a donut pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, vanilla, and oil.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix until combined.
  5. Fold in chopped Oreos.
  6. Pipe batter into donut pan and bake for 10-13 minutes.
  7. Cool donuts and glaze with melted white chocolate.
  8. Top with additional Oreo crumbs.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use plant-based milk, vegan butter, and a flax egg.
